Last Z Hero Equipment Manager Tutorial

The Hero Equipment Manager records the gear each owned hero currently uses, keeps it saved with the website account, and turns that information into formation-readiness and upgrade guidance. It never changes equipment inside Last Z.

1. Select the current season

Open Season Command first and choose the season active on your server. Season selection controls which heroes are available in the roster and keeps equipment planning aligned with your account.

2. Record hero ownership

Open Hero Stats & Ownership, choose a hero, mark I own this hero, and enter the current power, level, and stars. Personal formations and equipment advice use only heroes recorded as owned.

3. Open Hero Equipment Manager

Open Hero Lineup, expand Hero Equipment Manager, and use Hero to equip to select the hero whose live-game equipment you want to record.

4. Record the four standard slots

Enter the Gun, Helmet, Armor, and Boots exactly as shown in Last Z. Gun generally supports attack, Helmet and Armor help durability, and Boots provide a more balanced contribution.

5. Choose rarity, level, promotion, and mythic level

For each standard slot, select None, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, or Mythic, then enter enhancement level from 0 through 100, promotion stage from 0 through 5, and the visible mythic-diamond level from 0 through 5. Choosing None resets that slot to zero.

6. Record Exclusive Equipment

Check Exclusive equipment owned only when that hero has the item, then enter its current level. Exclusive equipment stays attached to its original hero during website optimization.

7. Confirm account saving

Fields save when you finish changing them. The selected hero shows an equipment-readiness percentage, and formation slots begin showing summaries such as gear count, average level, and exclusive-equipment status.

8. Review formation readiness

Build a five-hero formation and review equipment readiness, missing-slot warnings, front-row defensive needs, and back-row attack priorities. These are planning recommendations, not automatic game changes.

9. Optimize the current five

After recording equipment for a complete five-hero formation, choose Optimize equipment for current five. The planner redistributes recorded standard gear for the recommendation while leaving exclusive equipment with its owner. Make any desired changes manually inside Last Z.

10. Correct or clear a hero

Select Clear this hero’s equipment only when you need to erase all four standard slots and the exclusive-equipment entry for that hero. Ownership, power, level, and stars remain untouched.

Recommended workflow

Select season, mark owned heroes, record current hero stats, enter equipment, build the formation, review warnings, run the optimizer, and compare every recommendation with the live game before moving gear.
